Services & Shipping Information At A Glance:
Worldwide Shipping
We supply our EU customers quickly and efficiently from our warehouse in Austria as part of intra-community deliveries. For customers traveling in remote regions around the world, we offer reliable and fast global shipping solutions, which we have been able to standardize for more than 100 countries. In the overview below, “Shipping Times and Rates,” you can find the prices, delivery times, and rate availability for your specific region.
Good Shipping Conditions
We work with fixed prices for shipping to well over 100 countries around the world. Through our partnerships and the assumption of part of the shipping costs, we can offer you fair prices (see shipping times and rates for your region).
Shipping Service Providers
For smooth processing, we work with reliable and proven shipping service providers. These include the Liechtenstein and Swiss postal services, Fedex and DHL. Depending on the region and shipping solutions, we draw on other partners.
Delivery To Ports Around The Globe
We also deliver to ports. Accordingly, you can record the delivery address in the customer area (name of the port, yacht name, name of the recipient, etc.).
Customs Status: Yacht In Transit (VAT-exempt import)
In many countries, yacht owners who are only staying with their boat for a limited period in the respective country can settle ordered goods for the yacht with the customs status "yacht in transit". This means that in these cases VAT is fully or partially waived. Please check with the local authorities. Advice: The local sailing community is often very knowledgeable and helpful in such matters. If this type of import is available at your current location, it is important that you already add the yacht status “in transit” to the delivery address. When entering the delivery address, an address field is available for this purpose.
Example address: In most cases, the delivery address can be as follows. However, please be sure to clarify this in advance with the local authorities and, if necessary, the location (port, etc.), which you name as the main address. If there are any discrepancies or ambiguities, you are welcome to contact us at the latest immediately after the order is completed.
Marina name of the marina
Yacht in transit SY name of yacht
First name, last name (owner of boat, skipper, etc.)
Stree, no.

Customs Clearance For Foreign Shipments (outside EU, CH, FL)
Please note that shipments to places outside the European Union, Switzerland and Liechtenstein are shipped with the Incoterm DAP. This means that you order and pay the goods from us excluding VAT. In the country of destination, however, taxes and fees (customs duties, import fees, etc.) may be incurred, which you must pay directly on site. Please check with the local authorities. Advice for deliveries far away from home: The local sailing community is often very knowledgeable and helpful in such matters.
