We place great importance on ensuring that our customers are very well informed before placing an order – regarding the product’s function, planning any potential installation, the necessary installation accessories, where applicable the requirements for power supply, and the optimal use of limited space on board. Upon request, the MAR nautic team can discuss implementation options in advance, including detailed installation planning. This allows you to acquire in-depth knowledge about, for example, watermakers, which is crucial both for product selection and later for installation and operation.

For installation-intensive products such as watermakers, we support you or your trusted workshop with all questions related to installation. The MAR nautic team familiarizes you or your workshop with the key aspects of installation and provides practical tips on how to implement it efficiently, correctly, and sustainably – particularly regarding accessibility for future maintenance and servicing. We place great emphasis on ensuring that the installation is not only technically flawless but also reliable in the long term and convenient for everyday use onboard. This allows our customers to benefit from expert support, sound advice, and practical guidance, whether for initial installation or later system expansions.
Post-Installation Support
Many MAR nautic customers navigate in remote areas. Therefore, fast and uncomplicated customer service for technical questions, equipment maintenance, or troubleshooting is essential. We generally stock all common maintenance products and spare parts in both our EU warehouse (for intracommunity deliveries) and our Swiss warehouse (for worldwide shipping), allowing immediate dispatch.
