Katadyn's manually operated and portable watermakers are suitable as backup systems, for onboard emergencies, and for crews that have very low freshwater requirements.

Katadyn products are among the most compact and lightweight watermakers in the world. The handheld watermakers are so small that they can be packed into a life raft, depending on the manufacturer. They are very robust and are used by Coast Guard corps, military, expeditions and on board worldwide.
